Policies
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 (either cash or cheque) is required to
reserve all parties. In the event the party needs to be cancelled, an alternative date may be chosen. If All Dolled Up cancels the party, the deposit will be 100% refunded.
NSF cheques will be charged an additional $25.00. In the event the cheque
for the deposit is returned NSF, the invoice for the party will be required to be paid in full prior to the date of the party.
The balance of your party is due on the day of the party payable in cash only.
All parties will be confirmed 48 hours prior to the date. Any changes to the
party will be charged accordingly at that time. The invoice will be final once
confirmed.
We will ask that the guests come to the party with clean dry hair.
Please advise All Dolled Up of any allergies that the children attending may
have. We will do our best to avoid using any products that might affect them.
Procedures
We are flexible about the room in which the party will be held in, although we ask that the room be accessible to water, electrical outlets, have tables
provided for manicure and pedicure station and enough space for the girls.
It is the utmost importance that we at All Dolled Up practice safe disinfection
processes on each girl. We will clean every hairbrush with Barbicide, clean
and sanitize the footbaths after each use, wear gloves when doing pedicures
and use disposable applicators for make-up applications.
We reserve the right to refuse any girl who we suspect may have lice, warts or any other communicable disease.
